Bee Friendly Status 2019

Hirwaun and Penderyn Community Council will be applying to Welsh Government for Bee Friendly status again this year. Help us achieve Bee Friendly status for a second year by considering and acting upon the points on the poster below.

In addition to our application we will be: 

- using polinator friendly plants in our flower baskets and planters                                                                                                
- holding a kids seed bomb event
- asking the schools to enter a display of meadow flowers at our Garden Show 
- adding Bee Friendly front and back garden entries for our Hirwaun and Penderyn in Bloom competition
