Hirwaun & Penderyn Community Council, in conjunction with the Hirwaun Branch of the British Legion, held a memorial ceremony on Thursday 6th June 2019 to mark the 75th anniversary of the D-Day Landings.
Children from Hirwaun Primary School concluded the ceremony by singing a selection of wartime songs.
