Parking Patrol with the Police

Our Community Cllrs and Executive Officer have been working with the police for their parking campaign in Hirwaun. Patrols of the village were carried out in relation to parking issues in the main hot spots. Letters were issued to those causing an obstruction and enforcement action will be taken if those who have received letters are found causing an obstruction again.

We have repeatedly reported parking issues to both the police and RCT asking for regular patrols and enforcement action. After our April meeting we asked for RCT and the police to work together to solve this problem.

We are happy to have had the opportunity to work together with the police on this campaign and we look forward to having the opportunity to work with them again.
