Cllrs Colin Woodley, Adrian Harford and James Woodward, along with Mark from Keep Wales Tidy installed two new flower beds, and planted orchard trees, down at our Butterfly Garden at Hirwaun Public Toilets as part of the Local Places for Nature top up package.
